Here’s tomorrow’s menu:

Breakfast:

Yogurt, Strawberries, Flax Oil and Seeds, Oatmeal and Cinnamon

Lunch:

Spaghetti, Meatballs, Salad

Dinner:

Broccoli, Tofu, Orange

What are you eating tomorrow?  Are you setting yourself up tonight for success tomorrow?  When we’re overly hungry and unprepared, will power breaks down!

  1. You are doing so well simply by planning your next day’s meal plans. Even when you go off plan which does happen at times, I think your trying to keep to the plans will be a good help. I have done pre-planning in the past and you encourage me to take up this good habit again.

    • Thank you! It really does minimize eating bad stuff for me because if I know what I am supposed to eat and have that food in the house I will be less likely to reach for something not as healthy. Good luck with your journey and feel free to post any tips!
