Here’s tomorrow’s menu:

Breakfast:

Greek yogurt, raspberries, flax seeds and oil, oatmeal and cinnamon

Lunch:

Tuna sandwich, lettuce, carrots, fruit TBD

Teatime: (optional)

Almonds

Dinner:

Chicken, Broccoli, Barley, Salad

What are you eating tomorrow?  Are you setting yourself up tonight for success tomorrow?  When we’re overly hungry and unprepared, will power breaks down!

  1. Everytime I prepare my mealplan the night before, I somehow always veer off plan and fail. But I am definitely going grocery shopping for more healthy food so I don’t have any more excuses! Your meals sound delicious and healthy 🙂 Have a great day!

    • Thank you so much! Another reader suggested I have more healthy snacks at hand because it is always a after-dinner craving where I get really off course… Have to brainstorm some healthy snacks…. Hope you have a great day too and keep me posted on how you are doing!!
