Here’s tomorrow’s menu:

Breakfast:

oatmeal, yogurt, banana and blueberries, flaxseed and flaxoil

Lunch:

Sausage, whole grain bread, carrots

Teatime: (optional)

Almonds, Plum

Dinner:

Fish, Rice, Veggies, Salad

What are you eating tomorrow?  Are you setting yourself up tonight for success tomorrow?  When we’re overly hungry and unprepared, will power breaks down!
