Daily Wrap-Up: Tuesday June 19, 2012

Here’s how I think I did today on the traditional grading scale of A-F:

Sleep: A:  Going to bed at a decent hour

Water: A:  Drank at least 8 glasses.

Food: B-:  Ran out of yogurt so had extra oatmeal (but a very reasonable portion) for breakfast.  Fruit was bad so didn’t have it at lunch.  Had a very small slice of left over father’s day cake and a medium amount of ice cream.  There finally is no more cake so I can’t use the father’s day all week excuse anymore haha.  For dinner I had a large salad per the menu but hadn’t gone to the store so hubby had leftover lasagna and I had half a pb and honey sandwich.  I think that was a fair substitute though it means I didn’t get enough veggies since I didn’t have veggies for lunch.

Exercise: A:  Shopping with baby in the morning=lots of walking.  Plus walked dogs.  Did a deep cleaning of the kitchen (broke into a light sweat.)

Vitamins: A:  Took them

Final Thought of the Day:  Feeling so good in my body, despite being so large still.  I really think it is my increased activity  levels.  Exercise really is a mood elevator.
