In Daily Wrap-Up on June 7, 2012 at 5:10 am

Here’s how I think I did today on the traditional grading scale of A-F:

Sleep: A:  Heading to bed at a decent hour

Water: A:  Drank at least 8 glasses

Food: B: Skipped teatime snack and had banana mid-morning.  Otherwise, ate according to the menu except ate some corn chips my hubby was eating while cooking dinner.  When I realized what I was doing it was hard to stop but probably only had six or so.  Not bad.

Exercise: A: Walked dogs but also walked for over two hours with friend.

Vitamins: A:  Took them

Final Thought of the Day:   It is amazing how good getting exercise makes me feel.  Exercise is not part of my weight loss plan because if I do that then I tend to go nuts and want to really over eat.  But exercise IS part of mental health plan.  It feels great to be moving more and feeling better.
