Here’s tomorrow’s menu:

Breakfast:

Yogurt, Blueberries, Flax Seeds, Oatmeal, Cinnamon

Lunch:

Whole Grain pasta, Baked Tofu, Veggies

Teatime: (optional)

Whole grain toast, honey

Dinner:

Rice, spinach, chicken breast, salad

What are you eating tomorrow?  Are you setting yourself up tonight for success tomorrow?  When we’re overly hungry and unprepared, will power breaks down!
