Daily Wrap-Up: Monday June 4, 2012

In Daily Wrap-Up on June 5, 2012 at 5:27 am

Here’s how I think I did today on the traditional grading scale of A-F:

Sleep: A:  Napped with baby

Water: D:  Only had about 3 glasses until this evening so had to drink a lot tonight to make up for it.

Food: B:  Skipped salad at lunch and tea time.  Had chili, broccoli, salad and rice for dinner (see pic) instead of the tofu dish.  I was using up leftovers.  Skipped the salad at lunch so had it at dinner.  Had a bowl of cheerios with milk and honey late tonight.  Was really hungry for some reason and could have had another bowl but did not!

Exercise: A: Walked dogs

Vitamins: A:  Took them

Final Thought of the Day:   I wonder if the extreme hunger I was feeling this evening was actually thirst.  I heard that your body sends the same signals for thirst and hunger…  It feels great to be blogging again!
