Here’s how I think I did today on the traditional grading scale of A-F:

Sleep: A:  About to go to sleep early tonight…

Water: C:  Did not drink enough today

Food: C:  Well I had one burrito at the Cinco De Mayo BBQ and a reasonable handful of chips and dip (A status) but I had three pieces of cake (C status).  They were small pieces for sure but I still had three!  They were homemade and all different flavors.  I don’t regret it because they were yummy and I’ve been sticking to the plan really well, but I do get a C because those slices could have been slivers and accomplished the same goal (to enjoy the cake and all the different flavors but not overindulge).  For lunch I was on the run and had a pb and honey sandwich instead of my planned menu (Give myself a D for that).  All in all an average C effort, and yummy, sort of day.

Exercise: A: Lead 1.5 hour walking tour

Vitamins: A:  Took them

Final Thought of the Day:   Portion control for much of the BBQ went well.  Just need to work on dessert portion control.

How did you do today with your healthy living?  I hope you are kind to yourself, no matter what.  Life is too precious to spend it living in regret and self-loathing.
