Here’s how I think I did today on the traditional grading scale of A-F:

Sleep: A:  Had a *great* nap with the baby this morning

Water: A: Drank at least 8 cups today

Food: A:  Instead of hamburger had a pb and honey sandwich for lunch because woke up late from the nap and needed to leave house asap.  Had a small decaf caramel iced latte with a friend for teatime.  It was divine.  Even more divine is that I had a glimpse into how freeing it is to enjoy a treat like that latte and have no guilt because I am otherwise sticking to The Program and it is working.  SO nice.

Exercise: A: Walked dogs twice.  Stroller walk with friend around lake.

Vitamins: A:  Took them

Final Thought of the Day:   A friend says I look thinner.  Now THAT feels great.

How did you do today with your healthy living?  I hope you are kind to yourself, no matter what.  Life is too precious to spend it living in regret and self-loathing.
