Here’s how I think I did today on the traditional grading scale of A-F:

Sleep: A+:  Laid down everytime baby did.  So glad I did.  I have been seriously sleep deprived!

Water: A: Drank at least 8 cups today

Food: A-:  Flipped  a lot on the menu around today.  Ran out of yogurt so I had two eggs and toast for breakfast with a bowl of fruit. For lunch I had oatmeal and a banana and pb.  Skipped tea time.  Stuck to the correct dinner.  Around 8pm my tummy was growling so much I had a diet soda and one string cheese.  I think I did really well for improvisation.  It just shows how important it is to plan your menu while looking in the fridge!  My whole day was thrown off by no yogurt.

Exercise: A: Walked dogs

Vitamins: A:  Took them

Final Thought of the Day:   I am under 200lbs.  I am less euphoric than I was the last time, but still so happy.  It is proof that I The Program works – I can have treats along the way and lose.  Such a relief.
