Here’s tomorrow’s menu:


Yogurt with blueberries; oatmeal with cinnamon


cheese, quinoa, spinach, apple (didn’t get to have this yesterday because ate on the run)

Teatime (optional):

Oatmeal with raisins and milk


Meatloaf, Mixed Veggies, Salad

What are you eating tomorrow?  Are you setting yourself up tonight for success tomorrow?  When we’re overly hungry and unprepared, will power breaks down!
