Here’s today’s menu (Baby was super fussy until 1am last night so didn’t get to post until now:

Breakfast:

Yogurt with blueberries; oatmeal with cinnamon

Lunch:

Chicken Sandwich, broccoli, pineapple

Teatime (optional):

Oatmeal with raisins and milk

Dinner:

Turkey, Zuchini, Salad (first day trying to not have a carb at dinner… let’s see how it goes hunger/mood/energy-wise)

What are you eating tomorrow?  Are you setting yourself up tonight for success tomorrow?  When we’re overly hungry and unprepared, will power breaks down!

  1. What type of bread are you having? If it is white, change this to wholemeal or wholegrain. These are much healthier for you. Better still, just have the chicken, broccoli and pineapple. Throw in some extra salad pieces or fruit and you have a great meal.

    • It is wholegrain high fiber healthy bread but you are right, I am going to try and phase out some of my carb servings… I just get so hungry!!! Baby step progress…

      • Excellent wholegrain is good. If you get hungry feed yourself, but have good foods not bad. Reach for a handful of nuts, fruit or even a mouthful yoghurt.

        You are doing a fantastic job and you can reach your goals. I am ever so proud of you. It is a hard battle you are fighting my friend, but I have faith in you that you will succeed.
