Here’s tomorrow’s menu: (note: need to go to the store for lettuce, rice and sausage)

Breakfast:

Oatmeal with milk and raisins

Lunch:

Rice, Lentils, Green Beans, Apple

Teatime:

Oatmeal with milk and raisins

Dinner:

Sausage, green beans, rice, salad

What are you eating tomorrow?  Are you setting yourself up tonight for success tomorrow?  When we’re overly hungry and unprepared, will power breaks down!
